For athletes looking to jump higher, hit harder, and become faster, look no further than Strength & Athleticism training! These small-group sessions will take place in the upstairs weight room at our facility. Sessions will be run by Delaney Kelch, Assistant Director of Rogue Volleyball.
Delaney is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Sports Performance Specialist. She has hundreds of hours of experience leading both 1:1 and small group sessions focused on strength, agility, power, mobility, and overall athletic development.

1:1 Strength & athleticism training
If your athlete is interested in working 1:1 to improve strength and athleticism, please reach out to Delaney directly at delaney@roguevolley.com. One-on-one training sessions in the weight room cost $40 per hour.
intermediate/advanced
strength & athleticism small group training
This intermediate/advanced small group training program is designed for volleyball athletes looking to build strength, power, and on-court athleticism in a focused weight room setting. Sessions emphasize explosive power, total-body strength, core stability, and injury prevention tailored to the demands of volleyball, including jumping, landing, sprinting, and lateral movement. Athletes will train in a small group environment that prioritizes proper technique, progressive overload, and safety, helping them elevate performance while reducing injury risk.
**Athletes should have prior lifting experience and be comfortable performing fundamental barbell movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, or be able to safely lift at least 45 pounds.**
10 athletes maximum
Mondays June 8-July 6 (5 sessions total)
5pm-6pm
Cost: $150 total for all 5 sessions ($30 per session)

Beginner
strength & athleticism small group training
This beginner-friendly small group training program is designed for volleyball athletes with little to no prior weight room experience, providing a supportive environment to learn the fundamentals of strength and athletic development. Sessions focus on teaching proper movement mechanics, including bodyweight exercises, dumbbell work, and plyometrics as athletes build confidence and coordination. Emphasis is placed on developing core stability, balance, mobility, and foundational strength while reinforcing safe lifting habits and injury prevention. Athletes will establish a strong base for long-term success on the court and in the weight room.
**All ability levels are welcome and no prior weight room experience is required to participate.**

Thursdays June 11-July 9 (5 sessions total)
