About The Event
This intermediate/advanced small group training program is designed for volleyball athletes looking to build strength, power, and on-court athleticism in a focused weight room setting. Sessions emphasize explosive power, total-body strength, core stability, and injury prevention tailored to the demands of volleyball, including jumping, landing, sprinting, and lateral movement. Athletes will train in a small group environment that prioritizes proper technique, progressive overload, and safety, helping them elevate performance while reducing injury risk.
Athletes should have prior lifting experience and be comfortable performing fundamental barbell movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, or be able to safely lift at least 45 pounds.
