This league is designed to help athletes grow their all-around game through a balance of skill development and competitive play. Each session begins with 30 minutes of guided ball control drills, with a weekly focus on transferable skills such as out-of-system play, attacking shot selection, defensive positioning, and serve receive. The final hour is dedicated to fast-paced 4v4 competition, giving players the chance to apply each week’s focus in live play while maximizing touches. Teams also have the option to add the "4s on the Fourth" tournament to their registration!

Players can sign up as individual "free agents" or as complete teams for this league. Athletes entering 12th grade and below are eligible to participate. Teams will be divided into divisions based on the grade of their oldest player.
