10/12 MIDDLES Advanced Position Training

This advanced Middles training session will strengthen fundamental skills while introducing advanced techniques. Players will focus on footwork, timing, blocking techniques, quick transitions, developing the tools needed to be a presence at the net, improve offensive impact, and elevate their overall performance. The pace and instruction for these sessions are designed for those players at the National and Elite levels of competition.
