10/12 DS/Libero Advanced Position Training

This advanced DS/L training session is for athletes who want to improve their backrow skills in both the serve receive and defensive phases of the game. The sessions focus on building accuracy, making smart decisions, and playing with consistency.  Athletes will grow their skills in both serve receive and defense by enhancing movement, platform control, and play recognition under pressure.  These sessions are paced and structured for athletes competing at the Varsity, National, and Elite levels.
