Dave has been involved in playing and coaching sports his entire life and is entering his 10th year of coaching volleyball, including his second season with Rogue. He has primarily coached younger age groups (11s to 13s), leading multiple teams to success—two qualifying for USAV Nationals and an 11U team that finished first in the final OVR standings and won the OVR Championship. In addition to club coaching, Dave led the Olentangy Berkshire Middle School team to a perfect 19-0 season and a Greater Columbus tournament title.

Dave is the Vice President of Operations at Industry Insights, a data research firm in Columbus, Ohio. Before joining Industry Insights, he spent more than 15 years leading software development teams in the telecommunications industry. Married with two adult daughters, Dave enjoys helping young athletes and fellow coaches build confidence, skills, and a lasting love for the game.
