This session will be held once a week on the below schedule.  The sessions are 30 mins in length and are for American Level players ONLY.  The schedule is based on SES and Rogue's gym availability.  No adjustments or changes can be made to the schedule.  These sessions are designed to increase strength and stabilization of the players and to allow them to perform at a higher competitive level.  This addition is completely OPTIONAL.  We will be limiting the sessions to the first 30 players to sign up for the training.  ALL training must be paid upfront and in full by March 3rd at 4:45PM.  At which time the item will be removed from the shop.


Evaluation March 3rd @ 6:15 PM. 

Anyone training with SES MUST attend this session.  The evaluation will only take about 15 mins. 


March: Thursdays the 10th-31st 6:40-7:10

April: Wednesdays the 6th-27th 7:00-7:30

May: Wednesday the 4th-25th 6:30-7:00
