Instead of playing club volleyball after her high school senior season, Coach Arms decided to try her hand at coaching when her sister needed an assistant for her club team. After going off to college and focusing on her career in the hospitality industry as a Chef, Coach moved back to Columbus and took it as a sign when approached by a former athletes parents about coaching at a high school.
Currently, Coach Arms is on Bishop Hartley High Schools volleyball coaching staff where she has been a part of 5 district championships, 3 regional championships, 3 final 4 visits, and 3 state runner up titles. She has also assisted on nationally ranked teams in club volleyball. She believes in the love of the game and will share it with her athletes in the hopes that they too fall in the love with the game and they continue to grow. When not in the gym, Coach Arms is the Head Chef for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.
